If I could give no stars I would. Went in for an inspection and was told it wouldn't pass because the check engineight was on. When I asked what can I do about it, I was told to fix it. Not what was wrong with it, no one told me what the code was for. Now my driver side door will not open at all even though it's unlocked. Door worked fine before the attendant stepped into my vehicle. I should have known they would be a problem when he repeated MAZDA three times for no reason.

If you have an Acura vehicle you can save yourself a lot of money by giving them a call. They do great work. They do what they say and on time. They are significantly more competitive than the dealer.

Been using Triad Auto for over 25 years. Would never take a Honda or Acura anywhere else. They are fair, honest and dependable. As long as they’re in business, I won’t go anywhere else.

Got my 15' Pilot serviced here twice now, these guys are great, respectable prices, friendly staff and they know their hondas! They even made time to inspect a Ridgeline I considered buying. I'll definitely be back!

Been using Triad Auto Specialty for 25 years. Outstanding service. Outstanding integrity. Happily motoring with fourth Accord, mileage in excess of 100 K. T A S has maintained our Hondas in excess of 300 K, bringing premium value at trade. : ) : )
